ReFabric is a fashion creative industry which is aimed to provide a space for start-up studios, and a cloth recycling center respond to the fast fashion situation and rich history on garment industry in East London, also respond to an ambitious target of making London net-zero carbon by 2030.

This project completed a whole system and journey for fashion industry, which is raw material, making, selling and showing. Art studio and recycling center are apart from central of the building, they are separation, but connection
