MA Interior Design graduate specialising in Building Reuse from the architectural approach (facade &topography), to the smaller flooring or lighting details. Making the most of the Postgraduate experience, assuming the role of student ambassador & Speaker Coordinator for the InsideOut Lecture Series 2023-24, the only student-led lecture series at the RCA, inviting Interiors & Architecture specialists contributing their views on the theme of “emerge”.
Emily is a trained high-end Hospitality designer in London, with previous work experience in Architecture & Residential design in Italy. Proud lead for the AcrossRCA team “InclusiView”, which focused its resouces in prototyping an interface & device that targets building surveyors and architects access and studies the ways in which a building is constructed with the intention of redesigning it. Through the analysis of the governmentally approved documentation stating regulations to be applied to newly redesigned or newly built public environments, the complicated nature of the document highlights a hardship in approaching, comprehending, remembering and applying such regulations.
Proud member of the non-profit NEWH UK Chapter Board of Directors, joined as a Scholarship Winner (2021), worked as Secretary & Internet Communications Chair (2022-23), now part of the Scholarship team as Student Relations Director (2024) & Scholarship Director (2025)! Middlesex University graduate in BA (Hons) Interior Design & Winner of the Interior Velocity 2020 with “Sense of Space” and the NEWH Scholarship Award 2021 with “Unique Forms of Continuity in Space”.
